• Program Start Date: July 14, 2025
• Time Commitment: ~4–6 hours/week over 8 weeks
• Format: Asynchronous learning modules + weekly live sessions + assessments
• Cohort Size: 15–20 selected participants

We welcome:

• Builders, community members, researchers, governance contributors
• DAO-curious newcomers with strong motivation and learning agility
• Participants from underrepresented geographies, backgrounds, and perspectives

You do not need to be an existing delegate or SCR token holder to apply.

Applicants will be selected based on:

1. Scroll Ecosystem Alignment – Demonstrated interest in Scroll’s tech, governance, or community
2. Motivation & Intent – Clear purpose and desire to contribute long-term
3. Availability & Commitment – Ability to engage weekly and complete deliverables
4. Diversity of Perspective – Regional, professional, or ideological diversity
5. Relevant Experience – Prior DAO or governance exposure is a bonus, not a must

You’ll join a cohort of handpicked participants and work through a weekly curriculum guided by expert facilitators. If you complete the program successfully, you’ll be eligible to receive:

• Up to 5,000 SCR delegated voting power
• NFT Certificate recognizing your completion
• Eligibility for ongoing delegate opportunities within Scroll DAO
