Call Outline:

1. Join the call using the link 5-10 mins before the start time of the call, this will allow us to test for audio and screen sharing permissions.
2. The hosts will briefly introduce you.
3. You can further give more information on your background or info on the topic to be discussed.
4. You are welcomed to manage any engagement initiatives in the best way you see fit. (for example, questions during or after the presentation)
5. We aim to not exceed the 1hr time threshold.
6. Once the call has ended, please make sure to fill out this **form** which will allow us to prepare the content to be published on Youtube/Twitter.
7. The recording of this call will be shared with you before uploading to make sure there is no additional editing needed.
8. When published, the Youtube video will also be announced on Twitter.
